Each chair arrives, is stripped down, deep-cleaned, and mechanically tested. We reupholster where needed and rebuild worn parts before every unit is checked against a rigorous 38-point inspection — covering frame integrity, gas lift function, tilt mechanism, casters, armrests, upholstery condition, stitching, foam density, and finish quality. Nothing leaves our workshop unless it performs like new.
